General report on the the phenomenon that is 'homelessness'. In the document the terms 'homeless' and 'housing exclusion' are defined to provide an analytical framework comparable to that used by other countries in the European Union. It also details the factors that explain 'homelessness' and analyses the relationship between 'homelessness' and crisis. Finally, the report outlines the current debate around public policy to fight against housing exclusion. (report in catalan)

Home, housing and health: Residential action and prevention
Within the broader framework of the work of Càritas Diocesana de Barcelona (CDB)—which addresses the admission, support and attention needs of the most vulnerable people and families in our society— for years they have been committed to fighting for the human right of housing access and have offered homes (much more than just a roof) to those that find themselves excluded from society and accommodation. The end goal is to work towards the well-being and improvement in the quality of life of those supported.

2013 Diagnosis - Homeless people in the city of Barcelona
On the 27th June 2013 the Xarxa d'Atenció a Persones Sense Llar (XAPSLL) gave its conclusions on the 'Diagnosis 2013' report, a study on homeless people in the city of Barcelona.
